About the Role:
Swaysland Professional Engineering is looking for a driven and detail-oriented Project Coordinator to join our team in Fort Lauderdale, FL. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in delivering high-quality quality projects from kickoff to completion. Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and monitor engineering project timelines, milestones, and deliverables
- Serve as a primary point of contact between project teams, clients, and stakeholders
- Prepare and maintain project documentation, reports, and status updates
- Schedule and facilitate project meetings, site visits, and internal reviews
- Track project budgets and resources.
- Support engineers with administrative and logistical tasks
Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience in project coordination, preferably in engineering or construction
- Strong organizational and time management skills with keen attention to detail
- Proficiency in project management tools
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously
- Familiarity with engineering or technical project environments is a plus
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field preferred

Compensation: $28.00 - $34.00 per hour
